Sydney: 7 August 2013; 4.00 pm to 1.00 at Sydney Olympic Park, NSW
Melbourne: 10 August 2013; 2.00 pm to 12.00 midnight at Melbourne Racecourse Club, Sandown VIC

*TBA: Food Stall/VAN charges depend upon the resources required (stall size, power, cool room, showground concessionaire commission etc). Once stall booking form is received the stall charges are provided.

** Food Stall Compliances: All food stallholders must comply with council requirements.

To book a stall the exhibitor (stall holder) is requested to fill in the form below. Once your application is received you will be contacted for further processing of your booking.

Please Note:

• Stall is booked on ‘first come first serve’ basis and the availability of the type of stall.
• The Stall is only confirmed once the full payment is made by the applicant.
• Exhibitor (Stallholder) must comply all the terms & conditions of placing/running a stall.
