CREF 2012 will be held on Saturday, 18 August 2012

CREF Office is now booking stalls and sponsorships

The Management of Chand Raat Eid Festival (CREF) has announced that CREF 2012 will be held on Saturday, 18 August 2012, from 6.00pm to 1.00am, at Sydney Showground Olympic Park.

While launching CREF 2012, Mr. Hassan the Director CREF announced that as CREF 2012 will be held on the weekend of Saturday, 18 August 2012, there will be a lot more excitement, fun and enjoyable moments for the people.

Mr. Hassan said that the management is very happy after the incredible success of CREF 2011 and is now ready for holding CREF 2012 with great enthusiasm and commitment. Thanking the sponsors, exhibitors, media and others, Mr. Hassan said that the management has received highly valuable feedback and delightful appreciations from the stakeholders, exhibitors and attendees.

The CREF management has opened the office of the CREF at suite 2, Level 1, 192 Belmore Road (Opposite Riverwood Plaza), Riverwood NSW. Now the sponsors, exhibitors (stallholders) and inquirers can visit CREF office to book the stalls, sponsorships and obtain required information in person. The sponsorships and stalls can also be booked online by visiting www.chandraat.net and follow the related links.

In the light of the responses received the management is going to make CREF 2012 more exciting and enjoyable for everyone.

Some of the additions to CREF 2012 will include:

  • Cultural & Artistic Shows (cultural groups, artists, singers, comedians etc)
  • More Prizes
  • More Rides
  • Discounted vehicle parking vouchers for sponsors & exhibitors (stallholders)
  • Bigger entry gates & more security guards
  • 3 tables instead of 2 to the exhibitors
  • Exhibitors/Sponsors and others can visit CREF office for their needs
  • Stalls can be booked & confirmed in person at the CREF Office

Mr. Hassan has thanked local and international media who have given tremendous coverage to CREF 2011. Admiring the media support, the management is now introducing special media recognition award CREF 2012.

Similarly, acknowledging the sponsors the management is also introducing a Platinum Sponsorship Award in addition to existing Gold Sponsorship Awards.

The sponsorships for CREF 2012 are open now. The Stall bookings will be opened from 28th of November 2011 .

Stalls and Sponsorships will be given on ‘first come first serve’ basis.
