It is advised to the stall booking applicant that a copy of the details of terms & conditions and compliance must be obtained by contacting the management of Chand Raat Eid Festival, however, following are the main clauses of the conditions: . Stall will only be confirmed once full payment of stall charges will be received. . Wrong declarations concerning the description of the stall will lead to the exclusion of the stall holder and the loss of the amount paid for the stall. . Stalls have to be used only by the person whose name is registered on the stall booking form. It is strictly forbidden to sublet the stall or to share it with somebody else. . If any stall holder withdraws or cancels participation full amount will be forfeited. . If any stall holder fails to turn up for setting up the stall or cancels participation at the last moment, Organisers shall utilise the stall in any manner they deem fit.
